Humanitarian Assistance

Culmen International has over a decade of experience supporting U.S. Government humanitarian missions in the US and across the globe under contract to the Department of State, Department of Defense, and Department of Health and Human Services. We provide youth care services, facility operations support, site surveys, needs assessments, procurement, and logistics.  Culmen performs rapid recruiting and mobilization of personnel with the right mix of expertise for a given mission, including social workers, educators, linguists, relief experts, international development personnel, logisticians, travel coordinators, operations specialists, former first responders, law enforcement, and service members with a background in disaster relief and refugee support.

 

Recognizing the critical need for humanitarian assistance support, Culmen stands ready to deploy.

 

Our work includes:

• Support to the Worldwide Refugee Application Processing System (WRAPS)

• Line of Site Supervision (LSS) for unaccompanied children (UC) at Emergency Influx Sites

• Counter Human Trafficking program support, education, and training

• Advising US and Foreign Governments on disaster preparedness and relief

• Providing logistics, housing, food and training for youths on international language and cultural education exchanges

• Evaluating long-term health and safety impacts of Chernobyl

• Interpretation, translation and related support services including transportation, lodging, meals/per diem and other support for consecutive one-month programs for students from Mexico, Central America, South America, the Caribbean and Africa at a US State Department training and education facility
