Global Procurement and Logistics Support
Vendor procurement, international logistics, and supply chain management
Identifying, sourcing, procuring, and delivering resources allows organizations to accomplish their global missions. Culmen International partners with international vendors to deliver needed items to the end users on time and within budget. Through our worldwide infrastructure, Culmen can provide multiple alternatives, where competitive advantage can be gained from established supplier networks, domain awareness, technology expertise, and primary source market research. We procure and consolidate items to a global network of warehouses for shipment to over 150 countries. Our team of international freight forwarders and customs brokers enable us to provide surface or air transport, customs clearance, and delivery direct to the end user, anywhere in the world.
Culmen personnel manage the export and import licensing process, including International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) licenses with the Department of State (DOS) and Commerce Control List (CCL) licenses with the Department of Commerce. We are licensed by the DOS, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to export, import, and broker defense articles and services.
From providing routine procurement and delivery to aid in times of crisis, the Culmen team is at the forefront in the effort to resource and outfit our customers to accomplish their missions.
