Our Leadership

Small Business Liaison Officer

Carlos Rivera is Culmen International's Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) and the Vice President of Global Health Programs. Carlos leads our efforts to expand Culmen's network of small businesses and suppliers to continue to provide our clients whigh quality solutions.
