Process Improvement – Culmen International provides organizational restructuring and process improvement support using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). Involving our MBAs, Project Management Professionals (PMPs), LSS Black Belts and LSS Green Belts, Culmen provides the full range of process improvement services. We focus on taking an organization or program through each phase of the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process. Culmen conducts and documents Value Stream Mapping (VSM) sessions and facilitates Kaizen Events. We support the preparation and delivery of presentations for tollgate reviews. We assist with defining key performance metrics, and capture and analyze results against those metrics. We develop process guides for prototype phases, and support problem resolution during the proof of concept. Finally, we assist with training and roll-out of full scale implementation, and continuous process control thereafter. Culmen does not just train client personnel prior to an initiative; we are involved from the beginning of team formation through the successful conclusion to ensure the customer has adequate process improvement resources to see the project through.
