LANGUAGE AND CULTURE TRAINING, TRANSLATION & INTERPRETATION

 

English as a Foreign Language (EFL) Training - Through 2010 and into 2011, Culmen International continues its highly successful EFL Training to foreign government personnel as a prime contractor to the US DOD George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. Culmen personnel teach the Program in Advanced Security Studies (PASS), the Security Studies Language Program (SSLP), the Combating Terrorism Language Program (CTLP), the English Refresher Course (ERC) for NATO, and the Mission Readiness English for Operational Military Liaison Teams (MRE OMLT).

 

Iraqi Language and Cultural Training – Culmen provides Iraqi-Mesopotamian Arabic language and cultural training to US personnel as a subcontractor at the US DOD George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

 

US Army Rerserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Language & Cultural Immersion Program – Culmen International is a prime contractor to the US Army Cadet Command to provide Russian language and cultural immersion training in Russia. Culmen is responsible for managing all language and cultural instruction as well as providing all logistics for US personnel to travel to and within the Russian Federation.

 

Technical Manual Translation – Culmen International provides translations of technical operating manuals, training materials, presentations and reports from English into foreign languages. Culmen has provided translations for over 50 systems to enable foreign government recipients of US technical aid to be able to effectively operate and maintain equipment received. Culmen has experience in more than 15 languages, including Arabic, Russian, Spanish, French, and Indonesian.

 

Interpretation – Culmen International provides interpretation from foreign languages into English, for American personnel abroad. Culmen also provides translation services from English into foreign languages to facilitate training programs delivered by American trainers in foreign countries.
