Combating Terrorism Fellowship Program - Culmen International manages the US DOD Combating Terrorism Fellowship Program (CTFP) under contract to the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). CTFP provides training for approximately 3000 foreign military officers, law enforcement officials and other government personnel in combating terrorism strategy and operations. Culmen performs liaison between the COCOMs and the DOD Schools, and manages the student nomination process. Culmen performs training program reviews makes program recommendations to DOD. Culmen personnel have additionally assisted with combating terrorism country assessments in Africa.


National Guard Bureau – Under an IDIQ prime contract with the National Guard Bureau (NGB), Culmen provided interagency coordination support for NGB Headquarters, to facilitate cooperation with NORTHCOM, FEMA, USCG and other agencies in the event of a terrorist strike against the homeland or a natural disaster.


Combating Terrorism Language Program– Culmen International provides English for Special Purposes (ESP) training at the US DOD George C. Marshall Center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. The training Culmen allows foreign military officers to develop the ability effectively understand and communicate with US and allied forces with regard to combating terrorism concepts and vernacular.
